Churnly Privacy Policy

Churnly is a family rewards tracker for points, miles, free night certificates, card credits, and annual fee value. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and name, used to sign you in (magic link or Google sign-in) and to send the notifications you enable.
• Content you enter: the loyalty programs, point balances, card names, opened and closed dates, credits, and certificates you choose to track. All of it is entered manually by you.

What we never collect

• No card numbers, no bank or loyalty program passwords.
• No automated connections to your bank or loyalty accounts. Churnly never logs into other services on your behalf and never scrapes them.
• No advertising identifiers, no ads, no sale of data. Ever.

How your data is used

Only to run the app for you: computing totals, reset dates, and reminders, and sharing within the family group you create. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in our database. We do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the service.

Family sharing

Accounts and holdings you mark as family-visible are shown to the members of your family group. Anything marked private stays visible only to you.

Deleting your data

You can export your data as CSV from the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below and we will remove it.
